Those years shaped her leadership style, attention to detail, and deep respect for both guests and staff. Originally from Texas, Amy grew up surrounded by bold flavors and comforting recipes. Southern food has always been close to her heart, and it remains the foundation of her culinary approach today—honest, soulful, and made with care. For years, Amy dreamed of creating a space of her own, and brunch was the natural choice. She saw brunch not just as a meal, but as a moment: a place where mornings slow down, conversations linger, and comfort food shines. Combining her professional experience with her Southern roots, she set out to build a café that feels warm, welcoming, and genuinely personal.
