Meet Amy

With over two decades of experience in the restaurant industry, our owner has led teams, opened successful locations, and managed day-to-day operations at a high level. After years of working within established concepts, the decision was made to create something independent—built on firsthand knowledge of what actually works, both in the kitchen and on the floor. This restaurant is shaped by that experience: straightforward food, intentional service, and an operation designed to be sustainable from day one.
